Accessibility
RedactSure aims to make its public website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.
Target standard
Our target for new and updated public website work is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some older demos or illustrative interfaces may still need improvement.
What we work to support
- Keyboard navigation for site navigation, links, buttons, dialogs, and cookie preferences.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Readable color contrast.
- Logical headings and landmarks.
- Reduced-motion support for users who request it.
- Text alternatives or appropriate decorative handling for images and icons.
- Responsive layouts that remain usable on small screens and at zoom.
Feedback and assistance
If you have trouble using any part of the public website, contact accessibility@redactsure.com. Please include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it.
We will work to acknowledge accessibility requests within 5 business days and provide a fix or reasonable alternative when feasible.
